Infrastructure
For procurement officers and engineering teams at electric utilities, transmission organizations, and federal agencies. Ectropy Infrastructure delivers forensic asset condition records, grid integrity analysis, and evidentiary documentation under chain of custody.
Established practice area. VOSB-designated, federal registration progressing.
Residences
For veterans and seniors looking for housing on the Gulf Coast, and for the case managers and referral partners who work with them. Ectropy Residences coordinates housing, manages property, and is preparing independent living facility services on the Gulf Coast.

For state agencies, county and municipal health systems, private hospitals, and HUD-VASH case management organizations in Texas. Ectropy Health is healthcare administration consulting — financial operations, compliance, and administrative process.

What's true today
Ectropy Solutions is operating today. The Infrastructure practice area has past performance available on request under NDA in the diligence room. The Residences practice area is launching: the waitlist is open, first locations are taking shape across San Antonio/Bexar County, Houston, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast (with more to be announced), and residents are connected to a coordinated set of housing programs — SSVF, HUD-VASH, LIHTC, and TDHCA — by eligibility and availability. The Health practice area is new: healthcare administration consulting for Texas state, local, and private health entities.
The shared-governance structure is organizing in parallel. Ectropy Solutions, LLC is the legal entity today; the practice areas are not separately incorporated yet, and subsidiary entity separation is in progress with counsel. The honest version of where we are: established in one practice, launching in another, structuring in real time. The site reflects that.
Ectropy is the inverse of entropy. The name reflects what the work tries to do: build structures and records that resist degradation over time — durable evidentiary records for infrastructure assets, durable housing for veterans and seniors, durable governance for the company itself. It's also a working hypothesis: in domains where information loss is the default, building structures that actively resist that loss is worth doing.
